Refund Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

In short, donations are voluntary contributions and are generally final, though if a donation was made by mistake you can contact us within 30 days.

How donations are used

Donations made to Clear Workflows are voluntary contributions used to support the ongoing work behind the site, including guides, workshops, tools, resources, hosting, and maintenance.

Donations are generally final

Because donations are not purchases of goods or services, they are generally considered final.

When a refund may apply

However, if a donation was made by mistake, duplicated, or entered with the wrong amount, you may contact us within 30 days of the donation and we will review the request.

How to request a refund

Refund requests can be sent to:

[email protected]

Please include the donation date, amount, PayPal email address, and a short explanation of the request.

How refunds are processed

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on PayPal or your payment provider.

Tax receipts

Clear Workflows is an independent project and does not issue official charitable donation tax receipts. In Canada, official donation receipts for charitable tax credits are issued by registered charities and other qualified donees.
